Purpose

The purpose of this process is to ensure the repairers Vizion work with are of the highest calibre and continue to be so. It is also an opportunity for repairers to feedback observations to Vizion. The aim of Vizion to continually improve its offering extends to the repairer Users and the output of this process should result in improved reputation and performance

Scope

Audit of repairers covers clarification of profile details, such as key contacts, capacity assessment and capabilities - also assessment of due diligence criteria, such as certification, insurance cover and credit rating. However, the greatest focus is assessment of repair quality, repair method, pricing, and awareness of claim circumstances and vehicle condition. All Vizion repairers are included in this process and the activity is usually carried out by Vizion's regional managers. In most cases the process will take half a day, but it may extend if more vehicles are inspected
